Everything that I do, is directly from my home.

If you are a local to Flushing, NY or NYC area, we can schedule an appointment to meet with me at Sheraton LaGuardia East Hotel and view some of my samples and products I offer.

Return/Exchange Physical Items
If you have any issues with your order, please reach out to me and let's work on fixing the issue.


Missing items -
If you are missing items to your order, please contact me and share photo of the items received.
I will offer to replace the item.

Change my mind -
If you decide after receiving your order, that you did not like it and want to return the items. Please contact me to let me know. You will be responsible for shipping it back to me with the original content(s). You will only be refunded for the item(s) + sales tax.

Custom Orders -
Due to the circumstance of it being customized and made-to-order, we are unable to accept returns.

Otherwise, all items are final sales and no returns.
